How It Works

We require a minimum of 50 guests for this setup. Our service team maintains a 1:12 ratio, so as guests graze, our team is there to replenish the boards and ensure everything stays fresh. This format is ideal for cocktail hours, baby showers, or corporate launches where you want people to move, chat, and enjoy the food at their own speed.
