We align our 5-course menus strictly with what is fresh and seasonal, sourcing organic produce from our Pune farm partners. You get synchronized service with a 1:5 staff ratio, ensuring everyone at the table is served simultaneously, while our servers introduce each course with a quick story about the ingredients.

How We Work
- The Menu: We do not use fixed, boring menus. We sit with you to understand your tastes, then build a 5-course flow that matches. Want a specific fusion twist? We will find a way to make it work.
- Sourcing: We source local ingredients like Chonak fish and seasonal star fruit to keep things fresh. We have worked with our Pune farm partners for years, so we know exactly what is available each week.
- The Service: We operate on a 1:5 staff-to-guest ratio. This allows for synchronized service—every guest at the table receives their course at the exact same moment. No one is left waiting while others finish.
- The Details: We manage the stoneware, the glassware, and the cutlery. We partner with top local sommeliers if you need help with wine, whiskey, or cocktail pairings to go with the meal.
