Our staff is not just there to clear plates; they are trained in white-glove service for our premium packages, ensuring that even the most complex live stations run without a hitch. By keeping our service team in-house, we maintain a level of professionalism that handles the rush of a 300-person wedding without losing the personal touch.
Great catering is a performance. While the food is the star, our team is the cast that makes it happen. We divide our staff into two distinct groups: the kitchen crew and the floor hospitality experts.
The Kitchen Crew
Our chefs operate our live stations—from the wood-fired pizza ovens to our Asian counters—so the food reaches your guests fresh, not lukewarm. They are trained to manage high-volume output during peak meal hours, ensuring there is no backlog at the buffet or counter.
The Floor Staff
Our servers are the face of your event.
