About Meet the Team & Our Story
At the heart of our kitchen is a true partnership of logistics and flavor. Khyati handles the business and design details to ensure your event runs smoothly, while Chef Pooja focuses entirely on the culinary artistry. When you book us, you are getting this dual attention to detail—one of us managing the floor and the other perfecting the plate.
We started this journey with a very simple goal: to make food that matters. Our story began in a small 100 sq ft kitchen with just one induction cooktop and a single fridge. We did not start with a grand plan; we started with a few parties, a lot of hard work, and a commitment to doing things right.
Today, we bring that same intensity to every event in Mumbai.
Our philosophy is simple. Chef Pooja brings the technical skills and the flavor, drawing from years of experience as a food stylist and culinary graduate. Khyati brings the organizational drive, ensuring the guest experience is seamless from start to finish. We do not just send food to your venue; we manage the presentation, the flow, and the timing.
We know that when you host, you want to enjoy your own party. That is why our team handles everything from the setup of our hand-crafted grazing tables to the service standards at our plated dinners. We source high-quality ingredients and avoid shortcuts, preferring to spend the extra time preparing sauces, dressings, and garnishes from scratch. Whether you are hosting an intimate birthday gathering in Bandra or a large corporate anniversary in South Mumbai, we apply the same rigour to your menu as we did when we were first starting out.
