We don't just train—we build a family. From kids taking their first cartwheel to adults chasing that backflip, we focus on safe, step-by-step progress.

On Sundays, we focus on flexibility and strength. Here, I am assisting a young student with a wall-assisted backbend to safely improve her mobility.

We offer programs for kids to develop physical skills, confidence, and make new friends in a fun environment. This video shows the energy of our classes.

About Our Coaching & Community

Our coaching method is hands-on, with instructors providing constant manual spotting to ensure you learn every move safely. We use high-density EVA mats and crash pads to support your progress, whether you are here for personal fitness or professional stunt training.

At Fly High Academy, we believe everyone has a set of wings—you just need the right guidance to find them. Our community is built on the philosophy of 'Hogli hogli' (let it go), pushing past the fear that often holds students back from attempting their first roll or backflip.

Safe, Progressive Learning

We strip away the intimidation factor. Whether you are a four-year-old child or an adult looking to improve mobility, we start with the fundamentals. For kids, this means building core strength and coordination through fun drills. For adults, we focus on flexibility, handstands, and the technique required for complex flips. We operate in a high-ceiling, well-ventilated warehouse setting in Banashankari and RR Nagar, using a mix of mats, vaulting boxes, and rings to keep training grounded and safe.

Coaching for All Levels

  • For Kids (5-12): Our focus is confidence. We use games and structured drills to teach basic gymnastics, turning fitness into something they look forward to every week.
  • For Adults: It is never too late to start. We accommodate complete beginners who have never done a cartwheel, guiding you through the mechanics of strength and balance until you feel ready for advanced movements.

Every session includes a thorough warm-up to get the body 'bisi' (hot) and ready for action. We celebrate every small win—landing a move is 'adhu kushi' (happiness)—because we know that the right environment matters just as much as the training itself.
