About Gymnastics Classes
I’m all about that “no excuses” approach. Gymnastics isn’t just about flips and tricks—it’s about figuring out how to get back up, every single time you fall. Progress, stubbornness, and learning to back yourself, that’s what we actually train for. If you’ve got the guts to try, you belong here.
Who Can Join?
- Kids, teens, adults—doesn’t matter. If you want to move, we’ll find your starting point.
- We work with all ages, including U11 and U14 kids who are eyeing competitions.
- Adults, don’t think you’re too late! Learning new stuff is for everyone.
How Training Works
Think step-by-step, not shortcuts. My classes start with basics:
- Conditioning and core strength, like leg lifts and core work
- Stretching for flexibility—bridges, splits, all that jazz
- Fundamental skills: handstands, cartwheels, walkovers till they feel easy
Once you’ve got that down, we get into the good stuff:
- Tumbling and floor routines: from round-off back handsprings to front tucks
- Balance beam confidence, with walkovers and proper dismounts
- Bars and vault, including skills like the Kip and Tsukahara
Safety’s a big deal—spotting, foam pits, crash mats, always.
For the Ambitious Ones
If you’re chasing medals, I’ve got experience training for national-level events. We’ve had real success at ISSO Nationals, with our gymnasts bagging podium spots.
More Than a Sport
Honestly, gymnastics is about finding out what you’re made of. You’ll get stronger, maybe even surprise yourself.

My Story
Hey, I’m Aadi from Epic Gymnastics Academy. Life’s all about movement, right? Most days I’m sweating it out with my students, watching them flip, fall, get up, and finally nail that move. No excuses here – we keep at it till we get it. Nothing beats seeing my kids win medals at ISSO Nationals. Gym is my second home, but when I’m not coaching, I’m riding up Nandi Hills or just chilling with friends. Big respect for folks like Bharath Sagar anna – hard work always wins.
My Work
Gymnastics coaching for all ages - We teach Artistic, Rhythmic, Aerobic, and Acrobatic gymnastics basics to kids and adults.
Hands-on, patient training - I’m right there on the mat, guiding you through every cartwheel and flip. Progress matters more than perfect.
No excuses, only progress - We work hard, pick ourselves up after every fall, and improve bit by bit.
Competition gymnastics training - For those keen, I prep students for national competitions. Proud moments when they bring home medals!
