Kids Recreational Foundation (Ages 3-15)
Core Training Structure
- Frequency: 2 to 3 classes per week (8 to 12 sessions monthly).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Floor Work: Tumbling basics including rolls, cartwheels, bridges, and handstand progressions.
Apparatus Rotation
- Balance Beam: Drills for balance walking, dips, and basic turns on low/medium beams.
- Bars: Grip strength training, hanging leg raises, and pull-up progressions on uneven bars.
- Vault: Springboard jumps and run-up drills onto mats.
Safety & Supervision
- Equipment: Usage of crash mats, wedge mats, and foam pits for risk-free skill attempts.
- Ratio: Group training with an approximate 10:1 student-to-coach ratio.
- Tracking: Quarterly informal assessment of flexibility and strength improvements.
Advanced Competitive Squad
Advanced Skill Development
- Frequency: 5 to 6 sessions per week with extended duration (90 to 120 mins).
- Tumbling: Training for back handsprings, back tucks, aerial cartwheels, and saltos using trampolines.
- Apparatus Mastery: Handspring vaults, bar kips/circles, and acrobatic elements on the high beam.
Conditioning & Standards
- Strength Work: Dedicated 20-30 minute blocks for core strength, plyometrics, and active flexibility.
- Routine Construction: Coaching on fluid move connections for competition standards.
Exclusive Access
- Supervision: Direct training by head coaches for technique correction.
- Priority Access: First right of refusal on primary apparatus during training hours.
Adult Gymnastics & Fitness (Ages 18-50)
Adult-Specific Training
- Frequency: 2 to 3 sessions per week (Weekend or Late Evening batches).
- Mobility: Extensive warm-ups focusing on wrist, shoulder, and hip mobility to counteract stiffness.
- Core Conditioning: High-intensity core circuits integrated into every session.
Skill Acquisition
- Calisthenics: Usage of parallel bars, rings, and pull-up bars for bodyweight strength (dips, L-sits).
- Floor Skills: Progression towards handstands, cartwheels, and safe falling techniques.
- Foam Pit: Safe environment to experience air-awareness without joint impact.
- Pacing: Instruction tailored to individual fitness levels (Beginner to Former Athlete).

My Story
We started Twistars Gymnastics just wanting to see kids and grown-ups in Bangalore have fun flipping, tumbling, and just letting loose. Began tiny, now got spots in Amruthahalli, Kalyan Nagar, even RT Nagar - not bad, huh? Our vibe’s family, coaches know every kid by name. Parents like that we don’t pack classes, each kid gets their turn. ISO certified, and yeah, we’re not going anywhere soon.
My Work
Gymnastics Classes for All Ages - We train kids and adults, 3 to 50 years, beginners or pros. Mats, bars, beams - we got it.
Summer Gymnastics Camp - Mon-Fri, 10am-12pm. Flips, dance, art, fun. Starts April, open for all energy levels.
Small Group Coaching - We keep batches small, coaches focus on every kid. No overcrowding, more attention.
Skill Building - Handstands, flips, balance, stretching. Kids get flexible, confident, and learn to push their limits.
Multiple Locations - Find us at Amruthahalli and Kalyan Nagar, easy for Bangalore folks to reach.
