About Art Classes for Adults
Why I Do This
Art should feel like play, not pressure. I see so many adults walk in saying, “I can’t even draw a straight line,” and walk out with a grin because they just made something they didn’t think was possible. That’s what keeps me going - seeing grown-ups rediscover the fun side of creativity.
What Happens in My Classes
I call the adult group the 'Master Stroke' batch. No experience needed - just curiosity. Here’s what we get up to:
- Pencil sketching and shading basics: we’ll tackle still life, simple portraits, and figure sketches. I’ll show you the tricks for light and shadow that make drawings pop.
- Watercolor painting: this is my jam. Expect live demos, lots of experimenting, and subjects from landscapes to quirky street scenes. I’ll share some video guides too, so you can try out watercolor techniques for grown-ups at home.
- Pen art & Zentangle: if you like getting lost in patterns, you’ll love this. We try meditative Zentangle doodles and detailed pen illustrations.
The Vibe
Think of it as a bunch of adults hanging out, sometimes sitting cross-legged on the floor, just making art with no judgment. The studio’s pretty chill - more adda (casual hangout) than classroom. I’m always around to guide, but there’s no pressure to get things “right”.
How We Meet
Batches are small, just on weekends. We’ll sort out timings so it fits your grown-up schedule.
If you’re looking for relaxing painting sessions or a bit of creative stress relief, you’ll fit right in.

My Story
Hey, welcome to my KD School of Art! I started this place just to spread the happiness I get from painting and sketching. Still do my own practice, you’ll catch me doing live demos for adults sometimes. The best part for me? Watching students, from tiny ones to grown-ups, get excited and win awards. We’re always laughing, celebrating festivals, and just having a blast in class. Grateful for every parent and student who’s joined our gang.
My Work
Art classes for kids and adults - We teach everything - oil pastel workshops for kids, pencil sketching, watercolor, clay modeling, and architectural art training.
Fun group art sessions - Learning is cool, but having fun together is even better. Even little kids pick up shading and lighting.
Student achievements - Our students win national awards, school competitions, and ace art exams. We celebrate every win!
Outdoor painting studies - Not stuck in classrooms - we go out, paint from life, and get inspired by the world around us.
