Discover the connection between your physical presence, your voice, and your emotions. At Flux, we move beyond scripts to help you find your unique confidence on stage.

Raw, unfiltered, and unscripted. Here, students dive into an improvisation exercise, trusting their bodies, instincts, and breath to guide them.

Exploring connection and physical tension through partner work. These exercises build trust and teach actors how to physically tell a story together.

A moment of presence in a movement exploration session. It's not about perfection, but about being fully in the moment and discovering what your body can express.

A dynamic pose from our X-Sense course, which blends contemporary dance technique with dance-theatre choreography. We train you to use your body with intention and grace.

Understanding body balancing and core engagement through partner work. This counter-technique exercise helps build physical trust and core strength.

Theatre helps you transform your personality by building confidence and understanding stage presence. Here, students practice communicating through expression and movement.

I believe that everybody can dance, given the right environment. Here, I'm teaching a movement class, focusing on the power and potential within each person's body.

About this collection

Here, you won't spend hours on rote line-memorization. Instead, we use improvisational acting and somatic movement exercises to build your stage presence from the ground up. You will be working in our white brick studio, learning to trust your instincts and project your voice in a space designed for you to experiment, mess up, and grow without the pressure of needing to be perfect.

We believe the stage is where you go to get real. Whether you are a total beginner or have some experience, your instrument—your body and voice—is the foundation of everything we do at Flux. We focus on somatic practices, tuning into your physical sensations, and voice modulation so you can express more than just words.

Our sessions are built on improvisation. This keeps you present and helps you build the mental agility to trust your decisions in the moment. You aren't just reading a script; you are learning how to use your posture, stance, and micro-expressions to hold an audience's attention.

We limit our batches to 10 to 15 participants to ensure you get direct, hands-on feedback. You will be working in our naturally ventilated studio in Indiranagar, equipped with professional sprung wooden flooring to keep you comfortable while you move. We cover everything from script analysis and character arcs to basic stage management, so you walk away with a complete understanding of how a performance comes to life. Whether you’re here to become a better performer or just to find your voice, you’re training in a space that values genuine expression.

I’m Sahiba, and I started Flux because I wanted a space where you could show up just as you are. We don't care if you've never acted; we care about the stories you have inside and how you choose to tell them. It’s a judgment-free community where we use theatre and movement to help you get more comfortable in your own skin.
