About Dance & Fitness Classes
What Dance Means to Us
Dance is tough - and I don’t mean just the moves. It’s about building a strong mind and body. After a session, you’ll feel like you’ve really pushed yourself, and that’s where the real pride comes in. I care less about being 'pretty in pink' and more about resilience, discipline, and that joy you get when you realize you’ve grown.
How We Learn
My classes run a bit like a family. Juniors learn by watching seniors, and the older ones help guide the younger. It’s a mixed-level vibe - everyone gets better together. For the little ones, I use games and stories so technique doesn’t feel like a boring rulebook. No pressure on being perfect, just finding your own rhythm.
Class Options
- Contemporary dance technique is at the heart of our sessions - you’ll get precision and artistry, with room to find your own voice.
- Jazz dance intensives bring high energy and big moves, sometimes mixing in musical theatre for an extra kick.
- If you want strength and flexibility training, BarreFIT and Stretch & Beyond are all about building a dancer’s body - no matter your starting point.
The Community Feel
We’re big on community. There are workshops, festival classes, and ‘Bring a Friend’ weeks where you can show off what you’ve learned. Open Class days let families watch and see your progress.
Gear Up
Uniforms and proper shoes aren’t just for show - they help with technique and keep you safe. I’ll always encourage investing in the right gear for your own growth.

My Story
We’re TLFCB, but you can just call us your ballet family. We started out wanting to bring world-class ballet to India, but honestly, it’s become so much more. In our studio, you’ll find tiny kids, teens, adults who thought they were 'too old'—all sweating, laughing, sometimes grumbling, but always growing. It’s not about perfect pirouettes. It’s about finding your confidence, your people, and a bit of magic in every class. Certificates are cool, but the real stuff? That’s in the messy, joyful dance together.
My Work
Classes for All Ages and Levels - We teach ballet for kids and adults, jazz, contemporary, BarreFIT for dancers, yoga, and even the Cunningham Technique.
Real Technique, Real Growth - We’re big on strong foundations and discipline. Not just pink tutus—expect real graded ballet training and lots of sweat!
From Practice to Stage - Our dancers perform in big ballet stage productions. Some even go on to international schools.
Beginner Friendly - Never danced before? Doesn’t matter. Ballet for beginners India is for everyone, from age 4 to adult first-timers.
It’s a Community - Open classes, family events, and a space where you’ll actually want to stick around after class.
