Looking for a space to start your contemporary journey? Our basic contemporary classes for beginners run on Mondays and Wednesdays and are the perfect introduction to movement.

About this collection

We keep our batch sizes small, capped at 15 students, so you get actual feedback rather than just following steps in a line. In these 60 to 75 minute sessions, we balance technique with freedom: expect 15 minutes of conditioning to wake up your muscles, 45 minutes of movement drills, and 10 minutes to wind down and connect with the group.

Finding a dance class can be intimidating, especially if you have never stepped foot in a studio. At our Indiranagar space, we have stripped away the competitive nature of traditional dance schools to build something different. We focus on contemporary dance foundation, which means we work on your balance, strength, and spatial awareness before we worry about how it looks.
