We didn't set out to build a typical fitness center. When we created Flux in Indiranagar, the goal was to craft a sanctuary that helps you slow down. The studio features laminate wooden flooring and is bathed in natural light, creating an environment that feels less like a sterile workout zone and more like a creative living room. We have kept it fan-cooled and open, letting the space breathe just like you do during a session.

Our lounge area is the heart of the studio. It is where our community members hang out, share conversations, and recharge. Whether you are coming in for a high-energy Bollywood funk session, a structured contemporary dance class, or a deep-dive aerial yoga workshop, the environment is designed to ground you. We avoid the 'mirror-and-machine' culture found in commercial gyms. Instead, we focus on movement that is intuitive, expressive, and rooted in our local community.

If you are looking for a practice space in Bengaluru, our studio is open to you. We limit our batch sizes to 12 to 15 students to ensure everyone gets enough room and individual attention, keeping the atmosphere intimate.
