Original Dance Theatre and Performance Art
We believe art is meant to comfort the disturbed and disturb the comfortable. Discover our original productions that blend movement, storytelling, and social commentary.

About this collection
You won't just see a finished stage production here. Look closely at the transformation of our scenes, like 'Sea's Fire' or 'Dream Baby Dream.' We take the same raw, sometimes messy energy of our studio rehearsals and translate it into polished performance art through months of collaborative, grueling, and deeply personal practice.
At Flux, we view dance as a medium for honest expression, not just a technical skill. Our productions are born from our X-Sense professional training program, where students and company dancers engage in long, intensive rehearsal cycles. This isn't just about learning steps; it is about finding a voice in a world that often demands we stay quiet.
Why We Create
We build shows to tackle real-world issues. Whether it is dissecting the psychological weight of hyper-consumerism in 'I Don't Want to Capitalism Today' or exploring the exhausting rhythm of hustle culture in 'Dream Baby Dream,' our performances invite you to question the world around you. We focus on themes of resilience, community, and personal authenticity, ensuring that every movement carries meaning.
The Process
Our studio in Indiranagar is our laboratory. We use floor work, Kalaripayattu, and contemporary technique to prepare our bodies for the stage. When you watch our work, you are seeing a culmination of:
- Technical Drilling: Hours spent on floor work, release techniques, and conditioning.
- Collaborative Storytelling: We build narratives together, encouraging every dancer to contribute their own perspective.
- Emotional Vulnerability: We train to be as comfortable with silence and stillness as we are with high-energy movement.
Join the Performance
These productions are the heartbeat of our tribe. If you feel drawn to this way of moving—and thinking—we invite you to step into the studio. Whether you are looking to join a performance batch, train in our X-Sense course, or simply want to be in the audience for our next show in Bengaluru, you are welcome here. This is a space for growth, messiness, and genuine connection.
Flux School of Arts
At Flux, we believe movement is the most honest language we have. We don't just stage performances; we tell stories that matter to us, born from long, sweaty rehearsals and honest conversations. If you are looking for a space where art is a tool for connection rather than just a hobby, you will find your people here.
