Tuning into your body goes beyond fitness. Our somatic sessions help you release tension and build authentic connection, whether you are here to de-stress solo or join a team workshop.

This video highlights the connection between body and mind that we cultivate in our sessions. Through partner work and individual movement, we help participants find their tribe and build a deeper relationship with their own physical presence.

Here, a group engages in an intuitive movement exercise focused on support and connection. This practice helps build empathy and trust as participants learn to physically and emotionally hold space for one another.

This image collage shows various aspects of our contemporary dance and partner work. We use counter techniques and core engagement exercises to teach participants how to balance and support each other, a physical metaphor for effective teamwork.

This image shows the fluidity and partnership we teach in our Xsense contemporary dance course. An instructor provides hands-on guidance to help a participant understand how to safely support and be supported, fostering physical trust.

Our Xsense contemporary dance course heavily features partner work, as seen in this video. We teach teams how to move together, negotiate space, and create something collaboratively through physical dialogue.

"Trust the process" is a core tenet of our work. This image playfully captures a complex group movement exercise, illustrating how we guide teams through challenging yet rewarding activities that build resilience and collaborative problem-solving.

This image captures a moment of pure fun and trust during our Xsense contemporary dance course. Group exercises like this are designed to build physical confidence and strengthen team bonds through shared effort and laughter.

About this collection

Unlike gym workouts that focus on rep counts, our sessions prioritize identifying where your body holds stress. Whether we use partner mirroring to build non-verbal empathy or floor work to regulate your nervous system, the goal is to help you move with more presence and less resistance.

Our approach to somatic movement is rooted in the belief that your body is a reliable guide. We move away from the 'no pain, no gain' mentality and focus on how to actually inhabit your space, manage stress, and communicate without words.

Why Somatic Practice Matters

Most of us spend our days in our heads. Our sessions pull you back down into your body through structured exploration. You will learn to:

  • Release tension patterns: Stop carrying office stress in your shoulders or jaw.
  • Build non-verbal empathy: Use movement to understand and relate to others, a skill that transforms both personal relationships and workplace dynamics.
  • Regulate your nervous system: Use breath and slow movement to shift from a state of 'fight or flight' to one of rest and recovery.

The Space

Our Indiranagar studio is designed to be a sanctuary. It is a homey, open-floor space where you won't find mirrors or machines judging your progress. Instead, you get ample natural light, wooden floors, and a community that values curiosity over perfection. Whether you are a beginner looking to understand your own body, or a team leader wanting to shake up the energy in your office, these sessions offer a way to recalibrate.

Studio at Indiranagar, BengaluruStarting ₹22,000 Per Month (4 Weekly Sessions)

I started Flux because I noticed how disconnected we all become when we’re just rushing through the day. We aren't about gym machines or fitness trends here. We are about creating a safe space where you can actually feel your breath, move without judgment, and find genuine ease.
