Core Supplies & Setup
- Canvas: One 12x16 inch primed cotton canvas board per participant.
- Paints & Tools: Student-grade acrylic paints, disposable palettes, and set of 3 synthetic brushes (Flat, Round, Detailer).
- Infrastructure: Wooden table-top easels (MDF tripod style) for every seat.
- Apparel: Branded fabric aprons provided for outfit protection.
- Mess Management: Disposable drop sheets and table covers to protect venue furniture.
Facilitation & Vibe
- Lead Artist: Professional instructor providing step-by-step demonstration from a central stage.
- Support: Roaming assistant artists (approx. 1 per 15-20 attendees) for individual help.
- Media: Team captures photos and videos of the session for internal use.
- Music: Curated high-energy playlist provided to maintain atmosphere.
Logistics
- Duration: 90 to 120 minutes of active painting.
- Service: Team handles setup (45 mins prior) and full cleanup post-event.

Our Team Building Flavours
- Collaborative mural project: We split your team up, everyone tackles their own section, and then boom - it all fits together for one huge piece you can actually hang at work.
- Puzzle canvas challenge: Each person paints a mini canvas, no clue about the final image. When all the pieces come together, it’s kinda magical seeing how each bit matters.
- Office sip and paint session: This one's a classic - chilled out, guided, great for mixing, chatting, and just letting your guard down.
Fluid art team activity and painting on tote bags, pots, or even clocks - we’re good for teams who want something different. Less rules, more fun.
What’s Included & Where We Work
I sort out all the supplies: canvases or whatever you want to paint on, paints, brushes, aprons, guidance from our artists - you just show up. We can set up at your office, our studio in Bangalore (lake view, by the way), or anywhere else you fancy. I’ve run sessions from 10 folks to 230+, and we’re based in Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi - but I’ve taken this across India, so just ask.
