- Audio: Instructor brings a high-quality portable Bluetooth speaker (JBL PartyBox style) as primary or backup.
- Music: Pre-selected, clean-lyrics Latin playlist (Salsa, Bachata, Merengue) suitable for corporate environments.
- Location: Includes travel costs to office locations within Bangalore city limits (e.g., Whitefield, ORR).
Workshop Flow
- Warm-up: 10-minute rhythmic isolation to loosen up.
- Technique: Instruction on basic Salsa steps (Basic, Side Step, Cumbia).
- Interaction: Structured partner rotation system ensuring employees interact with multiple colleagues.
4-Week Progressive Wellness Course
Course Structure
- Schedule: 4 sessions of 60 minutes each, held once a week.
- Syllabus: Modified "Level 1" curriculum covering rhythm, basic footwork, right/left turns, and cross-body leads.
- Objective: Employees learn to dance a full song socially with a partner by the end of the month.
Instruction & Support
- Consistency: Same Lead Instructor and Assistant for all 4 sessions to ensure learning continuity.
- Feedback: Individual technical corrections on posture and technique.
- Practice: Access to a curated Spotify playlist shared with employees for practice.

- Travel: Includes instructor travel to office for all 4 visits.

Event Performance Choreography
Routine Design
- Content: Creation of a 3-4 minute Latin Fusion routine tailored to employee skill levels.
- Audio: Professional mixing of tracks (mashups/transitions) to create the performance file.
- Styling: Latin Fusion style mixing Salsa/Bachata with commercial music.
Training Schedule
- Duration: 10 Hours of in-person rehearsal time (typically 5 sessions x 2 hours).
- Facilitation: 1 Expert Choreographer to teach formations, steps, and stage presence.
- Location: Conducted at client office or provider studios (subject to availability).
Stage Readiness
- Formations: Strategic blocking to ensure visual appeal on stage.
- Consultation: Guidance on costumes and accessories to match the theme.
- Resources: Video recordings of steps provided for home practice.
