Fitness is not about hitting an ideal. It is about finding that 'fully alive' feeling, whether you are on a yoga mat or in a gym. Here is a look at how I blend strength and movement to help you show up for yourself.

This is the feeling we're chasing. That moment during a run where it’s tough, you’re sweating, but you feel completely alive and powerful. My beginner running guidance is designed to get you here, even if you're starting from zero.

Building real, functional strength is a core part of my training. Here I am performing a weighted hip thrust, a fantastic exercise for glute and core strength that we can incorporate into your gym routine.

Fitness for me is also about freedom and flexibility. My background in yoga helps us build not just strength, but also mobility and balance, allowing your body to move in incredible ways.

Your workout should fit your life, not the other way around. This clip shows two of my go-to leg day exercises, resistance band squats outdoors and weighted hip thrusts at home, proving you can get a great workout anywhere.

About Featured

My sessions are built on a hybrid model that combines 45 minutes of compound strength training with 15 minutes of assisted Hatha Yoga. It is designed this way so you get the endorphin rush of lifting while taking care of your joints, ensuring you finish every workout feeling strong, not drained.

The 'Featured' section is a snapshot of my approach to fitness in Bangalore. I do not believe in drill sergeant tactics or cookie-cutter routines. Instead, we focus on mindful movement that respects your energy levels, whether you are training in your apartment clubhouse, at a local gym, or connecting virtually from home.

Why Hybrid Training Works

Most people think you have to choose between getting strong and getting flexible. I think you need both. By mixing heavy lifts like weighted hip thrusts or squats with restorative Hatha Yoga stretches, we build a body that looks good and moves well.
