Fitness, for me, is about finding your own groove while feeling part of something bigger. I believe movement should be powerful but accessible, and every woman deserves to feel strong in her own skin.
My Style: Real, Supportive, No Judgement
- I focus on proper form, using my background as a NASM Women’s Fitness Specialist and certified Pilates trainer.
 - Every workout comes with modifications, so whether you’re an absolute beginner or have some experience, you’ll fit in.
 - You’ll never be left behind - the Fitwithpari tribe is all about cheering each other on.
 
What We Do Together
- Live virtual fitness classes for women, from HIIT and strength training to mindful movement online sessions like Pilates, Animal Flow, and Yoga.
 - Calisthenics, mobility work, and flexibility routines to keep joints happy and bodies moving well.
 - Freedom to choose sessions that match your energy, with flexible timings all through the day.

- Over 2000 women from all over, sharing wins and struggles, making sure no one feels alone.
 - We celebrate progress, support bad days, and genuinely care about each other.

My Story
Hey, I’m Pari. Fitness started as a must-do, now it’s just my way of living. I’m up before sunrise, sometimes my dog’s snoring beside me, sometimes I’m losing push-up bets to my partner (don’t worry, I’ll win soon). I’ve face-planted more times than I can count trying handstands. But I keep showing up, slow and steady, soft but tough. That’s the vibe I bring—because honestly, we get stronger together.

All-Women Supportive Tribe - Our space is just for women—beginners or pros—where you’ll feel pushed but never alone.
