About Core Focus
In my sessions, I do not just demonstrate moves; I watch your form through Zoom to make sure you are targeting the right muscles. Whether we are using dumbbells, bands, or just a wall for support, the goal is to build that mind-body connection so you feel the work where it counts—right in your midsection.
Building core strength is not just about ab definition; it is about protecting your spine and improving your daily movement. In our tribe, we move away from generic crunches and focus on functional core training that actually translates to better posture and strength in your everyday life.
We utilize a variety of tools to keep things challenging yet accessible. You will see us using dumbbells for resistance, stability balls to engage deep stabilizers, and even walls for isometric holds. Because I focus on modification, these sessions are designed for all levels. If you are a beginner, we start with foundational stability exercises to build your base. If you have been training for a while, we turn up the intensity with weighted variations to ensure you are always progressing.
What makes this different from a random video? It is the feedback. During live calls, I provide verbal cues to fix your posture or adjust your engagement. You are not just following a video; you are being coached. Plus, you are doing it alongside hundreds of other women who are all showing up for themselves, making the tough moments a little easier to get through.
