Meal plans? I keep things super practical. Most of what I recommend is based on ghar ka khana (home-cooked food) - no fancy ingredients, no complicated recipes. It’s about eating what’s already in your kitchen, just in a way that leaves you feeling good.

My Story

Hey, I’m Pari. Fitness started as a must-do, now it’s just my way of living. I’m up before sunrise, sometimes my dog’s snoring beside me, sometimes I’m losing push-up bets to my partner (don’t worry, I’ll win soon). I’ve face-planted more times than I can count trying handstands. But I keep showing up, slow and steady, soft but tough. That’s the vibe I bring—because honestly, we get stronger together.
