My Fitness Journey: 10 Years of Building Strength
I’ve spent 10 years showing up before sunrise to build the foundation I teach today. This is the story of my practice, my certifications, and the discipline it takes to get strong.
What began as a necessity is now my lifestyle. This video is a look at my journey, from starting out to building a life around fitness, 10 years strong and just getting started.
Every fall made this handstand hold possible. This clip shows the months of practice and perseverance it took to achieve this skill. It's a reminder that progress comes from not giving up.
A huge milestone: my first time breaking free from the wall in my handstand practice. It's a scary but exhilarating step, and I'm grateful for my coach's guidance.
Behind every handstand hold is a hundred falls. This is the reality of learning a new skill. My adorable dog has witnessed it all!
Months of sweat and determination have led to this moment. This handstand hold is a product of persistence and a refusal to give up.
Feeling stronger one session at a time. This pose is a celebration of the muscle and strength I've built through consistent home workouts.
Another shot from my progress check. I believe in being transparent about my own journey, showing the real results of hard work.
The journey to building muscle is a marathon, not a sprint. Each photo like this marks a small victory along the way.
Flexing is a way to appreciate the hard work. This body was built with bodyweight exercises, calisthenics, and a whole lot of consistency.
I couldn't decide which photo to post, so I posted them all. Each one represents a moment of feeling strong and proud of what my body can do.
About My Fitness Journey & Credentials
Fitness for me isn't about genetics; it's about the thousands of hours spent on the mat perfecting my handstand and the years of consistent, pre-dawn training. I am a NASM-certified Women’s Fitness Specialist and certified Pilates trainer, but the real work happens in the silent moments—failing a thousand times before finally nailing the move. When you train with me, you’re not following a generic plan; you’re learning the same techniques I use to build strength, manage mobility, and keep my body injury-free.
My path into fitness wasn't a straight line. Ten years ago, it was a necessity; today, it is how I reset, realign, and reconnect with my body. People often see the polished results, but they don't see the years of stumbling during handstand practice or the quiet mornings before sunrise spent building the foundational strength for calisthenics.
I back my passion with professional expertise. As a NASM Women’s Fitness Specialist and certified Pilates trainer, I design every workout with an emphasis on safe, sustainable biomechanics. I don’t believe in crash diets or quick fixes. I believe in progressive overload and mindful movement.
What this means for you: Whether we are working on mobility, Animal Flow, or high-intensity interval training, the focus remains on form and control. You’ll get access to the same methods that helped me move from frustration to freedom. I’ve been featured by Outlook India for my work in revolutionizing fitness through a tech-driven, supportive community, and I bring that same level of dedication to every single class. If you are ready to stop guessing and start building real, lasting strength, you’re in the right place.
