My Pilates sessions focus on building deep core strength, control, and mind-body connection. We use bodyweight, add light weights for a challenge, or incorporate props like yoga blocks to enhance stability and precision.
Strength & HIIT: Build & Burn
These workouts are designed to build lean muscle and boost your metabolism. We use a variety of equipment like dumbbells, barbells, and sandbags, with modifications available for every fitness level.
Mobility & Animal Flow
Movement should feel freeing. My mobility and Animal Flow sessions are designed to improve joint health, coordination, and flexibility, combining strength with fluid, ground-based movements.
Core Focus
