About Yoga & Flexibility

I'm not here to push you into pretzel shapes or turn you into a gym robot. My approach mixes strength work with mobility routines, specifically focusing on what your body actually needs right now. In every personal training session, we dedicate 15–20 minutes to assisted Hatha Yoga stretching, which is my secret weapon to help you recover, calm your mind, and stop feeling so stiff at the end of a long workday.

Move for Joy, Not Punishment

Most people think yoga is just sitting still or being hyper-flexible. That is not how we do things here. We use yoga as a tool for longevity—improving your range of motion so that you can actually enjoy your daily life without aches and pains.

How We Balance It

My sessions are a hybrid of strength and flow. We spend about 40 minutes on compound movements to build actual, usable strength, followed by 20 minutes of deep, assisted stretching. This isn't just about 'getting flexible'; it is about fixing posture, dealing with the desk-job slump, and making sure your nervous system gets a break.

  • Mobility Focus: I bring the props—blocks, straps, and bands—to help you get deeper into stretches safely.
  • Total Flexibility: We can work out at your home, your apartment clubhouse, or a local gym in Bangalore. If you prefer to train virtually, we can keep the momentum going over Zoom with mat-based flows that don't need a massive home gym setup.
