TRX Functional Training with Fitness Wired
We use TRX suspension straps to build real, functional strength. Forget showy gym moves, we focus on stability, core control, and total body resistance right here in Gurgaon.
This is the TRX row with rotation, an excellent exercise for strengthening the back and core while also targeting the obliques to trim your waistline. The twisting motion adds a dynamic challenge that improves rotational power and core stability, essential for everyday movements.
Here I demonstrate TRX Situps combined with a Y-fly. This compound movement targets the entire abdominal wall, from the upper and lower abs to the deep transverse abdominis. It’s a challenging core exercise that also engages the shoulders and upper back.
A client performs a set of TRX-assisted lunges and squats, demonstrating how we use suspension training to build lower body and core strength. The TRX provides support, allowing for deeper ranges of motion and perfect form, which leads to better results and reduced risk of injury.
About TRX Functional Training
TRX training isn't just about hanging straps. When you're using my suspension setups, you are constantly fighting gravity to keep your form steady, which forces your core to activate in ways standard weights just cannot replicate. I don't let you cheat the movement because if your core isn't engaged, you aren't doing the work.
People think fitness is always about lifting heavy iron. In my studio, we use your own bodyweight as the main resistance. The TRX bands allow us to manipulate the angle of your body to change the intensity instantly, making it perfect for everyone from beginners to advanced athletes. If you are struggling with lower back pain or just want to fix your posture, this is where we start.
I have clients who could barely squat without knee pain, and within a month of controlled TRX work, they are moving pain-free. We operate out of Sector 109, and my sessions involve physical spotting to ensure your form is perfect. I don’t believe in 'no pain no gain'; I believe in moving correctly so you can train longer without getting injured. If you are tired of generic gym routines that leave you feeling stiff and unmotivated, these sessions will change how you view resistance training. We strip away the ego, focus on your movement patterns, and build the strength you actually need for daily life.
