Functional Fitness & Core Stability Classes in Model Town

The TRX is one of my favorite tools for building total-body stability. This partner workout shows how we use suspension training to engage the core, improve balance, and build strength using your own bodyweight.
No excuses, just results. Functional tools like battle ropes are incredible for building explosive power and cardiovascular endurance. I incorporate them into circuits to keep your heart rate up and your body guessing.
Pilates on the reformer is an amazing way to build deep core strength and improve posture. I use it to complement our strength training, focusing on controlled movements that lengthen and strengthen the muscles.
On International Women's Day, we celebrated with a workout focused on collective strength. Using sliders and blocks, this core-focused drill challenges stability and proves we are always stronger when we support each other.

Before you book, know this: I don't run generic classes. My sessions, especially the partner-led drills, are designed to make you feel every bit of that core engagement. If you are joining us in Model Town, come prepared for form-focused work—I watch every movement because I would rather you lift slightly lighter with perfect technique than heavy with bad form that leads to injury.

- Hybrid Programming: We mix Hyrox conditioning, Olympic lifting basics, and mobility drills. Your body never hits a plateau because we rotate styles frequently.
- Active Coaching: In my batches, I am hands-on. I correct your posture in real-time. If your knees cave in during a squat, we fix it right there.
- Community Vibe: We train in small, capped groups (8 to 12 members). You get individual attention but benefit from the shared energy.

Is this for beginners? Yes. We meet you where you are. My job is to scale the exercise, not break you. If you are new, we start with foundation. If you are advanced, we turn up the intensity.
What is the 'No Excuses' philosophy? It is my mantra. Some days, bas haath kaanp rahe hote hain (your hands might be shaking), but we finish the set. That resilience carries over into your life outside the studio. We fall, but we don't fail.
