My Fitness Philosophy: Mind and Body
Fitness is not just about physical movement. It is about how you connect your body to your mind to release stress, manage emotions, and live pain-free.
In this clip from my appearance on the Insider Spot Cast, I talk about something I am very passionate about: how our bodies hold onto unprocessed emotions. I explain why physical workouts are so crucial for our mental health, serving as a release valve for stress and frustration.
This is a still from my first podcast shoot, where I had the chance to share my journey and insights on fitness. I believe in open conversations about wellness, and I am excited to share more about the connection between a healthy body and a resilient mind.
This image is from my podcast interview where I discussed my transformation from the corporate world to a full-time fitness coach. My journey has taught me that a fit life is about balance, and I love sharing the secrets to building a healthy mindset that transforms your everyday life.
About My Fitness Philosophy
When you are stressed, your jaw often tightens. That anger and frustration does not disappear. It sits in your body, waiting to be released. I do not just count your reps. I focus on why you are holding that tension. If you have unprocessed emotions, we use movement as a release valve, not just as a way to burn calories. This is how we actually get fit, by addressing what is happening inside and outside the gym.
I spent years in corporate boardrooms before I moved to the gym floor. I know what the hustle does to you. That is why I do not run a typical gym. At Fitness Wired, we focus on functional strength and movement patterns that help you deal with real life, not just looking good for the mirror.
My approach is simple: we start with where you are. If you are struggling with back pain, we fix your posture. If you are eating maida every day, we start by swapping it for something healthier, like aata noodles. You cannot change everything at once, and trying to usually leads to quitting. We quit one thing at a time.
My studio in Sector 109 is a space for people who want to be strong, not show off. We use TRX and bodyweight training to build stability. Whether you are coming in for personal training, couple sessions, or group HIIT, the goal is always the same: a disease-free life. I will push you, I will call you out if your form is wrong, and I will be there when you hit your first real milestone. Let us start working on your body today.
