We believe your real competition is you. At Loco, we mix strength training with functional movements like TRX, Bosu, and agility drills to build real-world power that fits your body’s unique needs.

Functional training is about preparing your body for everyday life. This workout includes squats with resistance bands, mountain climbers on a Bosu ball for core stability, and weighted lunges with a Bulgarian bag to build practical strength.

I love combining different training methods to keep things interesting. Here, clients are using TRX straps for suspension training and a Bosu ball for balance work, showing how we integrate functional tools into our sessions.

This session was all about high-energy functional training. The workout included challenging TRX suspension exercises, agility hurdle jumps to improve coordination, and kettlebell squats for building lower body power.

Group training is a great way to stay motivated. Here, a group works in sync on stepper exercises and partner push-ups, creating a fun and competitive environment that pushes everyone to do their best.

This clip shows the dynamic nature of my functional training classes. Clients are engaged in various movements, including using TRX suspension trainers to build upper body and core strength.

My boutique gym space allows multiple clients to work on different strength goals simultaneously. Here you can see clients using our multipurpose gym machine for chest presses, leg extensions, and other targeted exercises.

The water rower provides an amazing full-body cardio workout that's low-impact yet highly effective. It targets all major muscle groups and is a great way to build endurance and burn calories.

The Bosu ball is one of my favorite tools for improving balance and core strength. Performing squats on an unstable surface like this forces your stabilizing muscles to work harder, leading to better overall stability.

Here's another great way I use the Bosu ball in my sessions. This wall squat variation helps improve posture and build endurance in the legs and core while supporting the back.

We are proud to be a one-stop studio for every fitness preference. This video shows us setting up our new gym equipment, making us the perfect place for both the Pilates enthusiast and the gym lover.
