Beyond my specialized corporate programs, I conduct general yoga classes where we dive deeper into both physical and spiritual practice. The environment is supportive, focusing on the principle of Sthiram Sukham Asanam, which translates to being steady and comfortable in your posture. In my sessions, we explore various styles including Hatha and Vinyasa to keep the practice dynamic.
