We focus on the basics of breath and alignment. Whether you are new to yoga or returning to the mat, our foundation classes help you build a consistent and strong practice.

We believe yoga is for every body. Here, we use a resistance band to help a student build arm strength and find the correct alignment for a pushup, making the pose accessible and effective.
