Corporate Yoga and Wellness Workshops in Bangalore
I bring yoga into the workplace to help your team find balance, reduce stress, and improve physical comfort, no matter their fitness level.
Participants at a BSNL corporate event engage in a seated side stretch. My sessions are designed to be inclusive, offering modifications so that every employee can participate comfortably from their mat.
Employees practice a gentle back and neck stretch, a key exercise to counteract the effects of long hours spent at a desk. These movements are simple, effective, and can be easily incorporated into a daily work routine.

About Corporate Wellness in Action
When I lead corporate sessions, the priority is always accessibility. Whether it is an open hall for mat yoga or a conference room requiring chair-based stretches, I modify every movement to fit the office environment. You do not need specialized athletic gear to participate in these sessions, just a willingness to take a break from the screen.
Many teams I work with struggle with common office issues: stiff necks from long screen hours, lower back pain, and midday fatigue. My approach addresses these by blending movement with mindfulness. We start with simple grounding practices to shift the mental state from 'work mode' to 'mindful mode.' From there, we move into gentle stretches, specifically focusing on posture correction and strain relief for the neck and shoulders.
For larger events, like the session I conducted for BSNL, I structure the flow so everyone feels included regardless of their physical flexibility. I incorporate chair yoga, which is perfect for teams who need to jump right back into meetings afterwards without needing a shower or a full change of clothes.
Beyond just the physical, I integrate simple breathing techniques like Pranayama. These are tools your employees can use at their desks later when they feel overwhelmed. My goal is not to turn your office into an ashram, but to provide a practical, accessible reset button that helps your team feel better throughout the workday.
