Recovery isn't just about waiting for pain to fade; it's an active process. When I had my ligament tear, I didn't just stop training, I changed how I trained. I use a mix of fire cupping, deep tissue massage, and natural fuel like sattu to rebuild my body. If you want to train hard, you have to treat your recovery with the same intensity as your workouts. When I'm sore or injured, I don't wait for magic to happen. I go for:
