We challenge our advanced members with creative and difficult exercises. This is a high-level push-up variation with feet elevated on a dumbbell stack, designed to build incredible chest strength and stability.
Our group classes often include free weights training for the upper body. Here, a member performs a dumbbell shoulder press, building strength alongside others in a lively and supportive environment.

Beginners start with controlled, form-focused routines, while our advanced members use challenging setups like our elevated push-up stacks to build stability and chest strength.
We understand that form is everything. That is why our trainers act as your personal support system. You will hear us shouting, 'Up! Up!' or 'Shabash!' when you are struggling with those last few reps because we know you have more in the tank than you think. Our gym in Shahdara is fully air-conditioned and stocked with iron plates and dumbbells up to 50kg, giving you plenty of room to progress. Whether you are aiming for hypertrophy, strength gains, or just better posture, our routines are structured to get you there safely. We keep the atmosphere light and family-oriented, so you never feel intimidated, even when tackling heavy sets.
