About Forging Warriors: Strength & Conditioning
My training doesn't care about gym selfies or air conditioning. We focus on explosive power by combining heavy compound lifts like deadlifts and tire flips with traditional Indian club drills to condition your shoulders and core. You will be training in an open-air cage facility where the only thing that matters is the work you put in.
Why We Train This Way
A fight isn't won on the treadmill. In the ring, you need explosive speed, stamina that lasts past the final round, and the functional strength to control your opponent. That is why our strength and conditioning program focuses on moves that transfer directly to combat sports.
The Methodology
- Functional Strength: We use 'Akhada' style equipment. You will be flipping tires, swinging sledgehammers, and pushing heavy medicine balls. These movements mimic the real-world demands of striking and grappling.
- Traditional Meets Modern: I combine modern sports science with ancient tools like Indian clubs. This builds rotational power and shoulder stability that standard gym machines simply cannot replicate.
- Built for Durability: Fighters get injured if their body isn't balanced. I monitor your progress to ensure your muscles are not just strong, but resilient, keeping you in the fight longer.
The Training Ground
We train in Charkop Gaon, Mumbai. It is a non-AC, shed-style setup. It gets hot, you will sweat, and you will get tired. If you are looking for a place to relax, this isn't it. If you are looking for a place to build a body that works as hard as it looks, you are in the right spot.
