I’m Gauravi, and honestly, I love food as much as I love nutrition science. If you think healthy eating means giving up your biryani or oota (full meal), that’s not how I work. I’m here to make your health journey practical and tasty, not some boring punishment.
How I Coach

- I don’t believe in cutting out carbs or pushing pricey ‘detox’ plans
- Real food meal plans are my jam, with supplements only if bloodwork proves you need them
- Gut health nutrition support is a huge focus (IBS, bloating, all that fun stuff)
- Mindful eating strategies: I want you to actually enjoy your meals without guilt
