You do not need fancy equipment or a strict gym to start your own transformation. Just find what makes you happy, put on your favorite tracks, and start moving today.

I get asked all the time, 'Preeti, how do you stay so motivated?' The answer is simple: I stopped looking at fitness as a punishment for what I ate and started seeing it as a celebration of what my body can do.

Why My Approach Works

I am not about fad diets or starvation. I am a certified Zumba instructor, and my training style is all about mixing cardio with strength. When you add some Bollywood tadka to your workout, you forget you are exercising. It becomes a mood booster.

How to Get Started

  1. Stop Competing: The only person you need to compete with is yourself. I always tell my clients to compare their progress today against where they were last week, not against someone on social media.
  2. Small Wins: Did you walk for 15 minutes today? That is a win. Did you swap that soda for Jeera-Ajwain water? That is a win. I celebrate every small step because they add up to the big results.
  3. Real Food: I focus on home-cooked meals. You will see me recommending simple stuff like Bajra, Jowar, and protein-packed Indian meals because if you do not enjoy your food, you will not stick to your plan.
