The gym can be intimidating, especially if you are coming back after a break or trying to figure out how to lift while juggling kids. Here, we don't do 'bounce back' culture. Whether we are doing a group WOD or fixing form, it is about making fitness fit into your life, not the other way around. No judgment, just real effort.

Think of this as your anti-clique gym space. We are based in Bangalore, and our community is built on the reality that most of us are running on minimal sleep, handling work, and managing the endless mental load of parenting. When you train with us, you are not just logging reps. You are part of a support system that actually understands why you might be late because of a daycare meltdown or why you need to modify a movement today.

Our Approach to Functional Fitness

We focus on functional fitness that translates to real life. That means you will see us working on squats, deadlifts, and overhead presses—the stuff that builds the strength you actually need to carry a toddler on one hip and groceries in the other. We ditch the fluff and the fads. If you want to master your first pull-up or prep for a Hyrox event, we break it down into manageable progressions.

Why Misfits?

Most gyms are not used to seeing women lifting heavy or going ham at a workout, and it can feel isolating. Our group sessions are designed to change that. We are a mix of women navigating postpartum, perimenopause, and everything in between. We celebrate the 'ugly' faces we make while lifting, the exhaustion, and the victories, big or small. If you are tired of the gym bros and the constant body-shaming, you have found your lane here.
