My Philosophy on Strength for Moms
I’m Mrinalini, and I’m here to help you get strong without the typical fitness industry noise. Forget shrinking down; let’s build a body that feels capable, resilient, and ready for whatever your day throws at you.
An introduction to my story and why I became a coach. I realized the huge gap in the fitness world for women, especially during pregnancy and postpartum, and decided to help women come back stronger.
A look at my certifications, from CrossFit L1 to Pre & Postnatal Fitness and Precision Nutrition. My focus on a strong foundation is why I'm stronger now than before having a baby.
The cover image for my story, asking "Why I Chose to be a Fitness Coach". It's about having a positive impact on someone's life.
My coaching promise: no frills, no fluff, just fitness rooted in science, basics, and sustainability. If you want to transform your life, all you need is 30-40 minutes and the consistency to show up.
A humorous take on the energy difference between me and my toddler. It's a devastating blow to my ego that she can run on cat naps and chocolate while I need balanced meals and workouts.
Reintroducing myself. I'm a mom, a business owner, and a work in progress. My biggest job is raising myself for my daughter, showing her that a strong woman can look like whatever she wants.
My "why". I exercise and lift weights so I can be strong enough to carry my daughter on our adventures and explore the world with her for as long as possible.
A video showing various hip mobility stretches. Sitting for long hours can get our hips tight, so it's important to mobilize the pelvis and joints with stretches like the frog pose and 90-90 rotations.
A humorous look at the one thing I miss from my pre-kid life: being able to relax on a couch and drink my tea in peace. But I wouldn't trade the chaos for anything.
Things fitness coaches wish their clients knew. Your goals become our goals, we care more about your heart and mind than the number on the scale, and we understand your anxiety.
About About Me & My Coaching
When I started, I was just trying to survive the chaos of new motherhood. I don’t believe in 'bouncing back' or starving yourself to fit into old jeans. My coaching is about actual progress—learning to lift, healing your core after pregnancy, and finding 30 minutes in your day to actually feel like yourself again, not just a mom.
Fitness is often sold as a quick fix, but real strength takes patience. Whether you are navigating postpartum recovery, dealing with the fatigue of perimenopause, or just fed up with fad diets, I focus on the basics that actually move the needle.
I am a certified CrossFit L1 coach with specializations in Pre & Postnatal fitness. My programs—available both remotely and in-person in Bengaluru—prioritize functional movement over aesthetics. We work on:
- Core & Pelvic Floor: If you have diastasis recti or just feel disconnected from your center, we start here. No endless crunches. We relearn how to breathe and brace.
- Sustainable Strength: You’ll learn the big lifts like squats, deadlifts, and presses. These aren't just for gym rats; they are for every woman who wants to carry her groceries, lift her toddler without back pain, and feel sturdy.
- Real-Life Nutrition: I don't give generic calorie targets. We look at your actual lifestyle, your sleep, and the food you enjoy. Yes, you can have cake at your kid's birthday.
My goal isn't to change who you are; it’s to give you the physical tools to handle the load of motherhood. I’m not here to judge your skipped workouts. I’m here to help you get back on track the next day. If you’re ready to stop guessing and start training with purpose, let's talk.
