This is what it's all about: women getting stronger together. In my group classes, we focus on building functional strength, proper form, and a supportive community where everyone feels motivated.
It was an honour to speak at this event while pregnant. I love sharing my knowledge about fitness and physiotherapy with a wider audience and empowering others to take charge of their health.

About My Tribe and Community
When you join my group sessions, it is not just about the reps or the weights. It is about being in a room with other women who get it—whether you are navigating post-partum recovery or just trying to stay consistent with your health. We share the struggle and the wins, making the journey much more sustainable.
When I started my studio, my biggest goal was to build a space where women could find genuine support. As a physiotherapist, I see too many people trying to push through injuries or burnout in isolation. You need a team that understands what you are going through.
In our community, we do things differently. Whether it is our group dance classes or the focused post-partum recovery sessions, the environment is built on safety and consistency. You are not just a number here. We track your progress, modify movements based on your pain points, and celebrate the small wins—like finally getting that plank form right or just showing up on a tired day.
We meet at our studios in Anjanapura and Padmanabhanagar, and we also have an active online community for those joining from home. We keep our batches intimate so I can keep a close eye on your form. It is about building functional strength for life, not just for the gym. If you are looking for a fitness tribe that understands the reality of being a mom, managing a career, or recovering from an injury, come join us. We go step by step, swalpa swalpa (little by little).
