Fitness is easier when you’re not doing it alone. This is my tribe—a supportive community where we share the ups, the downs, and the strength we build together. Whether you are a new mom or looking to stay active, you are welcome here.

This is what it's all about: women getting stronger together. In my group classes, we focus on building functional strength, proper form, and a supportive community where everyone feels motivated.

It was an honour to speak at this event while pregnant. I love sharing my knowledge about fitness and physiotherapy with a wider audience and empowering others to take charge of their health.

From a newborn to a playful toddler. The journey of motherhood keeps evolving, and staying fit gives me the energy to keep up and cherish every moment.

Catching up with friends who are part of my support system is so important for my own well-being. We all need our tribe.

When you join my group sessions, it is not just about the reps or the weights. It is about being in a room with other women who get it—whether you are navigating post-partum recovery or just trying to stay consistent with your health.
