Master Practical Self-Defense with My K3 System
Forget about training for trophies or rings. My K3 system blends Kali, Krav Maga, and Kickboxing to build your survival instincts for the real world, not the gym floor.
Join one program and get the benefits of all. This video explains the different arts I teach, from Kali and Krav Maga to Japanese Jujutsu and Kickboxing.
This explains the basics of Kali, a Filipino martial art specializing in edged and impact weapons. Knowing how a weapon works is key to defending against it.
Our Edged and Impact Combatives training is designed to supplement your existing martial arts or fitness journey. It's perfect for martial artists or security personnel.
My K3 program combines Kali, Krav Maga, and Kickboxing. This combo training, offered in association with Zone 360 in Bandra, is a unique system to shape your body and mind.
About Our Integrated System: K3 & Combatives
We do not train for point-scoring or flashy gym routines here. This system focuses on building muscle memory for unpredictable threats. You will learn how to use Kali stick mechanics for empty-hand strikes, or why Krav Maga's aggression-in-defense beats fancy kicks when you are cornered on the street.
Most martial arts classes are built for a competition mat, but life does not happen on a mat. My K3 program is designed to bridge the gap between pure fitness and functional self-defense. We strip away the fluff and focus on what works under pressure.
The K3 Methodology
- Kali (FMA): This is your foundation. We use single and double stick drills to teach you distance, timing, and how to neutralize a threat before it closes in. It is not just about the stick; it is about the weapon-based mindset you apply to every fight.
- Krav Maga: When the situation gets messy, you need instincts. Krav Maga teaches you to exploit human vulnerabilities and neutralize attackers immediately. We prioritize speed and aggression to survive, not to impress.
- Kickboxing: This provides the conditioning and the striking power. You need the aerobic base to stay in the fight and the technique to land shots that count.
Where We Train
We keep things raw and real. You will find us training in open-air environments like the school compound in Bandra or the dirt grounds of the Mahajan Forest Park in Powai. Training in nature, or 'Shinrin-yoku' as I call it, resets the mind and toughens the body.
Who This Is For
I do not care if you have never thrown a punch or if you are a veteran fighter looking to refine your edge. I have trained everyone from teenagers to individuals in their 80s. A weapon or a street threat does not care about your age or your ego. If you have the will to learn, I have the system to get you Fighting Fit.
