Practical Self-Defense and Weapon Training
Stop training for a ring and start training for reality. From stick fighting to street-smart defense, we build skills that keep you safe.
This is what I teach: precision in motion. My training focuses on real-world blade and stick fighting techniques for survival, not for sport.
Here you see a typical stick fighting drill in my dojo. We practice weapon against weapon to build the reflexes and muscle memory you need to defend yourself effectively.
My philosophy is simple. The first goal is always to be safe and avoid a fight. But if you can't be safe, I will teach you how to be deadly.
We train everywhere. This session at Vasai Fort shows how we use different environments to prepare for the unpredictability of a real street encounter.
If you have the will to learn, I will find a way to teach you. I create personalized, step-by-step training plans based on your individual strengths, regardless of your age or fitness level.
We also train in nature, a practice called Shinrin-yoku or forest bathing. This helps connect you with your surroundings, sharpening your senses and awareness.
I believe in learning from the best. This is from a training camp I organized with Tuhon E, the founder of SHINKALI Japan, bringing world-class instruction to India.
About Featured
Most gyms focus on point-scoring, but here, we focus on what works when there are no rules. Whether you are at our Bandra dojo or training in the dirt at Powai Forest Park, you are learning how to use Kali stick techniques and empty-hand defense that you can actually apply if things get real.
Martial arts is often treated like a sport, but self-defense is not a game you win with points. My approach at Fighting Fit is about survival. I combine Filipino Martial Arts like Kali and Arnis with Krav Maga, Kickboxing, and even Indian Lathi. This is not about looking good in a uniform. It is about understanding the biomechanics of a fight so you can defend yourself regardless of your age, size, or fitness level.
Why Train for the Real World?
Many people believe they are too old or not fit enough to start. I disagree. If you have the will, I will find a way to teach you. We break down complex movements into simple, step-by-step plans tailored to your strength.
Where We Train
Training is not limited to four walls. We utilize the Bandra dojo for focused, high-repetition drills, but we also take our practice to the outdoors. Training in rugged environments like the Powai Forest Park forces you to adapt to unpredictable terrain, which is exactly the kind of chaos you might face in a real encounter.
What You Will Learn
- Weapon Defense: How to handle and defend against sticks and knives.
- Situational Awareness: Verbal de-escalation and recognizing threats before they start.
- Street-Smart Fitness: Building the endurance to handle pressure.
Everything we do is geared toward making you your own bodyguard. Whether you join our monthly combat sessions or a deep-dive tactical workshop, the goal is the same: stay safe, and if that fails, know how to hit back.
