Combat fitness training for Indian Army soldiers
We don't just train athletes; we train soldiers. From guns to gloves, our protocols focus on functional combat readiness, mental grit, and physical endurance for those who protect our nation.
This is a look at our partnership with the Indian Army. Soldiers are engaged in boxing stance drills and bodyweight conditioning. We are focused on making them more powerful and more focused.
From guns to gloves. Here, I'm training soldiers in the basics of BJJ and Kickboxing. Even after just two months, their progress is incredible. This is about building real combat readiness.
About Training for the Toughest: Indian Army
When we work with the Indian Army, we don't use fancy gym machines. We rely on high-intensity drills like BJJ, boxing, and functional circuit training that mimic the physical demands of field service. It's about building explosive power, reflexive reaction time, and the mental toughness to push through when you're already exhausted.
"Guns to Gloves" is more than a slogan; it’s our specific approach to conditioning soldiers. We take the discipline inherent in military life and channel it into combat sports.
Our methodology focuses on three pillars:
-
Combat Readiness: We teach BJJ and kickboxing basics to ensure soldiers have effective hand-to-hand combat skills that go beyond standard drills.
-
Functional Endurance: Forget long, boring runs. We use obstacle-style circuit training, tire flips, and partner resistance work to simulate the unpredictability of field environments.
-
Mental Fortitude: Training in a warehouse isn't about luxury; it’s about focus. We strip away the ego and distractions so you learn to operate under physical stress.
Dono ka apna-apna work hai—bodybuilding makes you look strong, but combat sports make you actually fight-ready. Whether it’s honing a boxing stance or mastering a takedown, the goal is to make every movement second nature. If you are looking for this level of discipline in your own life, our civilian programs follow the same strict, no-nonsense protocols. You don't need to be a soldier to train like one, but you do need the mindset to put in the work.
