Training should also be fun. The happy faces during a workout say it all. We believe you should enjoy the process of getting fit, because that is what keeps you coming back.

Combined batches are the best because you get to train with many different partners and really check your level. It’s a great way to get bonus training time and learn detailed methods from all our coaches.

About Our Fight Team & Community

In our combined batches, you aren't just repeating drills—you are testing them. You will grapple with different partners, handle varying reach and strength, and force yourself to react to unpredictable moves. This is where you learn that technique always beats brute strength, provided you have the guts to keep moving forward.
