A professional practices until they can't get it wrong. Here, I am demonstrating an advanced flying butterfly kick, a technique we break down in special workshops. It combines athleticism, timing, and pure martial arts skill.
Training with Shruti Haasan is always fun and high-energy. We work on boxing and kickboxing combinations with pad drills, which is a great workout for improving cardio, coordination, and striking technique.
The heavy bag is a fighter's best friend. In our group sessions, everyone gets to work on their boxing combinations, power, and stamina. I make sure to observe and correct form so every punch counts.

It's fight mode on kicks day. We practice a range of kicks, focusing on proper form for blocking and striking. This is a full-body workout that builds power, flexibility, and balance.

It is not just about hitting the bag. My classes start with shadow boxing because that is where you build the muscle memory for your footwork and guard. We break down the technical side of every punch and kick, from hip rotation in your Muay Thai strikes to maintaining a tight defense in boxing, so you learn to move like a fighter before you even touch a bag.
I built this program at our Andheri West studio for anyone who wants to learn, not just watch. Whether you are an actor preparing for a role or a beginner wanting to get fit, you will train on the same mats as our competitive fighters.
Why Our Approach is Different
We do not believe in easy workouts. Our sessions are 60 minutes of high-intensity grind. We focus on:

Every session is about progression. You start with basic combinations on the heavy bag and move to pad work with me or my team. This is where you learn to control your distance and reaction time.
