There's nothing like the buzz when flour's flying and everyone's laughing over dough. My idea is simple - cooking together should feel like a mini celebration, not a chore. If you want a real Italian cooking class experience that’s actually hands-on, this is it.
What Happens at Fat Lulu’s Workshops
- I get everyone involved, right from mixing dough to shaping pasta or stretching out pizza bases.
- You’ll actually make everything yourself - pasta, pizza, even Tiramisu if you’re joining the dessert crew.
- Sometimes, you’ll get a bit messy, but that’s half the fun. And yes, you eat everything you make.
Workshop Options
- Hands-on pasta making: Learn to knead, roll, and shape fresh pasta like ravioli and tortellini.
- Wood-fired pizza workshop: Throw, top, and bake your own pizza in our wood-fired oven.
- Make your own Tiramisu: Whisk, layer, and dust the classic dessert from scratch.
What You Can Expect
- All gear (aprons, chef hats) sorted for you.
- Welcome drink and snacks to keep you fuelled.
- Chill, social vibe - come solo or bring your gang.
- Workshops for all - adults, families, kids, even office teams. We do special ‘Mom and Kids’ days too.

We’re Fat Lulu’s, born with a Brooklyn heart but raised in Delhi, now vibing in Ludhiana too. Food here isn’t just food - it’s a celebration. Our pizzas? Lulu’s is your cheat day, therapy session, and flavor party rolled into one.
