Live Wood-Fired Pizza Station
The Hardware Setup
- Portable Wood-Fired/Gas Hybrid Stone Oven transported to venue
- Live dough stretching and firing station
- Rustic wooden serving boards and chalkboard menus
Menu Configuration
- Unlimited Consumption: Guests can eat as much as they want
- Selection: 3 Vegetarian and 3 Non-Vegetarian pizzas (Soho/Queens/Pull Apart menu)
- Crusts: Choice of Neapolitan (Soft/Charred) or NY Thin (Crispy)
- Condiments: Seasoning bar with Chili Oil, Garlic Oil, and Oregano

- Uniformed chefs in black aprons preparing food live
- Buffet style pickup with eco-friendly disposable plates
- Duration: 3 hours active firing

We’re Fat Lulu’s, born with a Brooklyn heart but raised in Delhi, now vibing in Ludhiana too. Food here isn’t just food - it’s a celebration. Our pizzas?
