Pricing Guide
Wheel Throwing: The Taster Session
Session Details
- Duration: 2.5 hours of guided practice.
- Technique: Focus on Electric Wheel Throwing (centering, opening, and pulling clay).
- Guidance: Step-by-step demonstrations with an approximate 1:6 instructor ratio.
Materials & Tools
- Clay: Unlimited access to stoneware clay during the session (avg usage 1.5kg).
- Gear: Professional tool kit (wire cutter, sponge, needle tool) and sanitized aprons provided.
Finishing Process
- Firing: Includes trimming, bisque firing (900C), and glazing for one selected piece.
- Output: The final ceramic piece is food safe and microwave safe.
- Pickup: Ready for collection at the studio in 3 to 4 weeks.
Social Sculpting & Hand Building Event
Event Scope
- Duration: 2 to 3 hour social session.
- Technique: Hand building focus (Pinching, Coiling, Slab work). Note: Does not include electric wheel usage.
- Setting: Community tables with background music and a party atmosphere at the Studio or Partner Venue.
Hospitality Included
- F&B: Curated refreshments included (e.g., Cocktail/Mocktail + Starter, or Coffee + Pastry depending on the specific event theme).
Production & Output
- Materials: Pre wedged stoneware clay suitable for sculpting provided.
- Firing: Professional glazing and firing of one created piece included.
- Logistics: Finished items are processed at the main studio and ready for collection in 3 to 4 weeks.
Private Couple's Pottery Date
Exclusive Setup
- Privacy: Semi private station setup with a dedicated instructor specifically for the couple.
- Duration: 2 hours of creative bonding time.
The Experience
- Activities: Opportunity to try both Potter's Wheel basics and Hand building sculpting techniques.
- Perks: Light refreshments (Coffee/Juice/Tea) and chocolates/snacks included.
- Memories: Staff available to assist with photos and videos during the session.
Deliverables
- Output: Professional glazing and firing of two pieces (one per person) is included in the package.
- Collection: Pieces are processed, fired, and packed for pickup after approximately 3 weeks.

What Makes Us Different

- We run beginner-friendly pottery sessions, so it doesn’t matter if you’ve never touched clay before. Most people haven’t! Our team will help you all the way.
Types of Events
- Festive or themed pottery events for Diwali, Christmas, Valentine’s, and more. Make gifts, decor, or just something silly.
- Clay art parties pop up at cool cafes in Delhi and Gurgaon - sometimes with mimosas, sometimes with coffee and pizza.
- Private bookings for birthdays, team-building pottery workshops, or even kids’ playdates. We host at our studio or come to you.
The Experience
- Each session is 2-2.5 hours - just enough to switch off and create.
- All materials are covered, and you’ll usually get to keep your own glazed piece (ready after a few weeks).
- Snacks and drinks often included, depending on the event.
Pottery isn’t about being perfect. Come for the masti (fun) and leave with something handmade, even if it’s a bit wonky. That’s where the magic is.

My Story
Hey, we’re The Clay Company. Started out just wanting folks to slow down, get their hands messy, and find a bit of calm. Pottery here isn’t just art, it’s kinda like therapy. You walk in, you laugh, maybe struggle with a wobbly pot, but leave with happy hearts. Delhi, Gurgaon – our little clay community’s open to everyone. Kids, couples, teams, whoever.
