About The Vibe
In our workshops, you aren't just sitting through a lecture. You are knee-deep in flour, learning the exact kneading techniques for our signature Neapolitan dough and the precise folding methods for fresh ravioli. It is loud, fun, and designed to get you comfortable in the kitchen immediately.

The Workshop Experience
We believe the best way to learn is by doing. That is why every session includes:
