Standard Group Batch Training
Schedule & Facility
- Frequency: Access to 3 to 4 scheduled group sessions per week.

- Venue: Non-AC training hall equipped with professional EVA interlocking safety mats.
Core Curriculum
- Striking: Instruction on close-range hits including elbow strikes, knee strikes, palm heels, and groin kicks.
- Releases: Practical leverage techniques to escape wrist grabs, collar grabs, and hair pulls.
- Safety Skills: Learning safe falling techniques (Ukemi) to prevent injury and vocal de-escalation drills.
Training Drills
- Conditioning: High-intensity warm-ups involving running, jumping, and flexibility stretching.
- Equipment Use: Target practice on kicking paddles and heavy bags/tires.

No matter your age or fitness level, you’ll pick up skills that actually work outside the classroom. This program is built on Taekwondo, but it’s not about showing off - it’s about keeping yourself safe and confident.

We’re Bengaluru Taekwondo Academy, but honestly, it’s more like a taekwondofamily here. I’m B.L.N Murthy, and Taekwondo’s been my whole life – from winning medals for India to coaching the national team. Now, I want to help folks in Bengaluru get stronger, not just in sport but in life. We train hard, celebrate harder, and always stick together. Basics matter most. You show up, you work, you grow. That’s our pride.
