About Dynamic Kicking & Sparring Drills

We don't just kick the air. In these sessions, you will see our students using focus mitts, kicking paddles, and standing punch bags to build real power, not just speed. Every sparring drill—what we call Kyorugi—is done with full protective gear so students can test their techniques safely, without holding back. It is about building the muscle memory that sticks, whether you are a white belt learning your first stance or a senior student preparing for your next belt exam.
