About The Loco Vibe: Studio & Community
People often tell us they were scared to start Pilates because they thought it was only for gym junkies or pro athletes. When you walk into our Janakpuri studio, you will not find loud shouting or heavy judgment. We keep our group sessions small, so whether you are recovering from an injury or just starting out, you get the actual form correction you need.
Our studio is built around one philosophy: fitness should be sustainable and enjoyable. We moved away from the cold, industrial gym atmosphere to create a space that feels like home. You will find professional-grade equipment here, including Reformers, Cadillacs, Wunda Chairs, and Ladder Barrels, but the real difference is how we apply them.
We focus on functional training that helps with real-world movement, whether you are dealing with chronic back pain, looking to fix your posture, or just want to get toned without the stress of a typical gym. We have members from 16 to 65 years old. Our sessions are designed to be therapeutic rather than punishing, blending the alignment benefits of Pilates with the strength-building aspects of functional movement.
If you are nervous about your first class, please know that we prioritize your comfort. We have helped countless clients manage knee and back issues through consistent, guided practice.
